To be recommended:
Tastefully furnished 2-room apartment with balcony and Internet service in much preferred Nürnberg St. Johannis.

Living room is furnished with a pull-out and modern corner couch, coffee table, white color cabinet system with large flat screen TV and a black armchair.
The balcony next to it has two chairs and is inviting to many hours.

Bedroom is furnished with a king-size bed (1.8 m wide), night stand and a wardrobe.

The eat-in kitchen is equipped with everything for daily needs such as freezer/fridge combination, oven, stove top, extractor hood, dishwasher, pots etc. and a dining table with four chairs.

The bathroom has a shower, wash basin with mirror and console, washing machine and toilet.

The hallway has a chest of drawers and coat rack/cabinet.

Internet service is included in monthly rent.
Parking spaces are available.
Old Town is only a few walking minutes from the apartment.

Upon move-out, a final cleaning fee based on cost and time will be charged.

Monthly rent is plus electricity and heating according to consumption. For 2 persons the rent increases by EUR 100.00. GEZ is tenant`s responsibility.
