The beige, separate fitted kitchen is equipped with all utensils for daily use, such as an extractor fan, ceramic hob, microwave, oven, fridge, kettle, coffee machine, dishwasher, cooking utensils, etc.

The brightly tiled bathroom has a bathtub with glass wall and shower device, washbasin with mirror, shelf, towel heating and a toilet.
Washing machine and dryer are in the basement for shared use.
