The beige, separate fitted kitchen is equipped with all utensils for daily use such as extractor fan, ceramic hob, microwave, oven, fridge, kettle, coffee machine, dishes, pots, etc.

The brightly tiled bathroom has a bathtub with glass wall and shower device, washbasin with mirror, shelf, towel heating and a toilet.
Washing machine and dryer are in the basement for shared use.

Internet is already included in the rent.
A lounge can be used on the ground floor.
