The bedroom is furnished with a double bed (2,00x2,00 m), console, nightstand, sideboard and a closet.

The fitted kitchen is equipped with all utensils for daily use such as ceramic hob with extractor fan, oven, dishwasher, refrigerator, microwave, cooking utensils, coffee maker, kettle etc. A dining table with 4 chairs is also available.

The stylish brightly tiled daylight bathroom has a bathtub with shower attachment, sink with mirror and vanity unit, washing machine and a toilet. The flooring is marble.

In the hallway there is a wardrobe.

Parking spaces are available in front of the house.
The subway stop Stadtgrenze is only a 2-minute walk away, as well as the bus lines.

Upon moving out, a final cleaning fee of approximately € 200.00 will be charged according to expenditure.

Electricity and heating will be added to the stated rent according to consumption. For 3 persons the rent increases by € 50.00. Broadcasting fees are tenant's responsibility.
