The bedroom is furnished with two Queen size box-spring beds (1,40x2,00 m), 2 nightstands, sideboard, open closet system and another walk-in closet.

The 2nd bedroom has a Queen size bed (1,60x2,00 m) and a desk with office chair.

The fitted kitchen is equipped with all utensils for daily use such as ceramic hob with extractor fan, oven, dishwasher, 2 refrigerators, microwave, cooking utensils, coffee maker, kettle, etc and a dining table with 6 chairs.

The daylight bathroom has a corner bathtub, sink with mirror and vanity unit, and a toilet.
The 2nd bathroom has a ground level rain shower, sink, mirror and a toilet. Washing machine and dryer are located in the separate laundry room.
