The fitted kitchen is equipped with all utensils for daily use such as ceramic hob, oven, dishwasher, fridge, coffee machine, cooking utensils, kettle etc.

The stylish white tiled bathroom has a bathtub with shower, heated towel rail, washbasin with mirror and vanity unit as well as a toilet.
The washing machine for sole use is in the basement. A dryer is located in the storage room.

There is a checkroom and a shoe cupboard in the hallway.
