The fitted kitchen is equipped with all utensils for daily use such as ceramic hob, oven, dishwasher, microwave, cooking utensils, coffee machine, kettle, etc.

The open, stylish bathroom has a shower, washbasin with mirror, washing machine and towel heating. The toilet is separate.

There is a checkroom in the hallway.

Parking spaces are available in front of the house subject to availability.
