The furnishing of the living room consists of a corner couch, black glass coffee table, sideboard with flatscreen TV, desk with chair and a black shelf.

The bedroom is furnished with a Queen size, light gray corduroy bed (1.60x2.00 m) with practical bed drawers, 2 bedside cabinets, sideboard and a large closet.

The white, modern fitted kitchen is equipped with all utensils for daily use, such as ceramic hob, oven, dishwasher, fridge-freezer, cooking utensils, coffee machine, kettle, etc. There is also a dining table with 2 chairs.

The stylish bathroom has a shower, washbasin with mirror and vanity unit, washing machine, heated towel rail and a toilet.

There is a checkroom with shoe rack in the hallway.

Parking spaces or residents' parking spaces are available in front of the house.
Numerous shopping facilities are within walking distance.
The Woehrder See and the Woehrder Wiese with its local recreation area are only a few minutes' walk away.
