Next door is the modern daylight bathroom with shower, washbasin and WC as well as an additional guest WC for communal use. Kitchen, bathroom and WC are cleaned regularly. W-Lan is available. A barbecue area with seating is located in the courtyard and may be used by all tenants. Parking space in the courtyard can be rented for 23,80 Euro/month incl. 19% VAT.
The room can be rented by 1 person for 690 Euro/month incl. service charges. For a 2nd person there is an extra charge of 150 Euro/month.
