The spacious living area is furnished with a comfy corner couch, designer coffee table, sideboard with flat screen, dining table with six chairs and a desk with office chair. Next to it are two balconies.

The bedroom is furnished with a bed (size 2,00m x 1,80m wide) and a custom-tailored spacious wardrobe with sliding doors.

The kitchen is furnished and equipped with everything for daily needs such as oven, stove top with four hot plates, extractor hood, dishes, fridge-freezer combination etc. Table with four with chairs is also available. Washing machine is also located in the kitchen. The balcony with a table and four chairs is also accessible from here.

The bathroom has an exclusive bathtub, a walk-in shower with controllable infrared mirror, wash basin with mirror and cabinet.
The toilet is separate.
