The second room is furnished with a double bed (1,60-2,00m), two bedside tables and a large wardrobe.
The third room is furnished with a dining table with 10 chairs, two queen size beds (1,40-2,00m) and a bedside table.
The fitted kitchen is equipped with all utensils for daily use such as stove, refrigerator, dishes, kettle, microwave etc.
The bathroom has a shower, bathtub, two washbasins, large mirror, washing machine and a toilet.
In the corridor there is a large wardrobe.
The city centre with its numerous shopping facilities, cafés and restaurants is only a 2 minute walk away.
Parking is available in the surrounding parking garages. Resident's cards can also be applied for at the city of Nuremberg.
A final cleaning fee of 250,00 € will be charged when moving out.
Electricity is added to the stated rent according to consumption and must be registered by the tenant himself. For heating will come 180,00 € on top. From 4th person the rent increases by 60,00 € per person. GEZ is the tenant's responsibility.
