The adjoining terrace with table and chairs invites you to linger.The bedroom is separated by a custom-made solid wood sliding door from the living room and furnished with a box spring bed (1.80 x 2.00 m) and a large mirrored wardrobe.

The kitchen is equipped with all utensils of daily needs such as ceramic hob with extractor, oven, dishwasher, refrigerator, coffee maker, kettle etc.

The modern and bright tiled bathroom has a bath with shower curtain, sink with mirror cabinet, washing machine and a toilet and another shelf.
