In the living room there is a modern, pull-out sofa bed (1.40x2.00 m), side table and a lowboard with Smart TV (via Wi-Fi).

The bedroom is furnished with a Queen size bed (1.60x2.00m), 2 bedside tables, wardrobe, lowboard and a desk. Bed linen and towels are provided.

The kitchen is equipped with all utensils for daily use such as cooker, oven, coffee maker, dishes, refrigerator, microwave, cooking utensils, etc.. A dining table with 2 chairs is also available.

The daylight bathroom has a bathtub, washbasin with mirror and vanity unit, hairdryer and a toilet. There is no washing machine.

There is a built-in wardrobe in the hallway.

Resident parking spaces are available subject to availability.
Numerous shopping facilities are available.

Upon moving out, a final cleaning fee of € 200.00 will be charged according to expenditure.

Electricity and heating are added to the stated rent according to consumption. Second person will be charged with 50.-€. GEZ is tenant's responsibility.
