The open fitted kitchen is equipped with all utensils for daily use such as ceramic hob with extractor fan, oven, cooking utensils, fridge, microwave, coffee machine, kettle etc.

The stylish, brightly tiled bathroom has a glass shower, washbasin with mirror and vanity unit, washing machine and toilet. A coin-operated washing machine and dryer are available for shared use in the basement.

In the hallway there is a checkroom, shoe cupboard and a storeroom offering additional storage space.

Tumble dryer and washing machine can be used in the laundry room in the building for a fee of €30/month.
