The separate fitted kitchen is equipped with all utensils for daily use such as ceramic hob with extractor fan, oven, dishwasher, fridge, cooking utensils, coffee machine, kettle, etc. There is also a dining table with 3 chairs.

The brightly tiled daylight bathroom has a shower, washbasin with mirror cabinet, washing machine, heated towel rail, chest of drawers and a toilet.
