Tasteful and high-quality furnished 1,5-rooms apartment with Wi-Fi in a much cared for and charming 5-family house directly in Downtown Nürnberg.
Room is furnished with a new single bed [1.2 m wide], nightstand, desk with chair, dining table and two chairs, shelves, wardrobe, chest of drawers, screen TV and armchair.
Kitchen is furnished and equipped with everything for daily needs such as microwave, stove, refrigerator, electric water kettle, coffee machine, dishes, pots etc.
Bathroom is titled in light color and has a bathtub with glass wall and shower equipment, wash basin with mirror, shelves, towel heater and WC.
Washing machine and dryer for shared use are in the basement.
Internet service is included in monthly rent.
On the ground level is a room for general use. Cleaning and laundry service as well as refreshment service are available upon request for an extra fee.
Smoking is only permitted on the roof patio or in the courtyard.
Resident parking spaces are nearby and a parking space may be rented in a close by parking garage.
